Domain experience : ***Life Insurance  Annuities***

Should have experience in leading requirements and business solutions for end to end transformation preferably in Benefits Administration space 

Understand business objective/problems, opportunities, AS-IS process and through analysis, determine solutions to the issues

Should have experience of designing / defining business processes in a consultative capacity

Should demonstrate experience in conducting harmonisation sessions in workshop format across large group of customer stakeholders, handling presentations to senior management in customer stakeholders

Experience in both digital and core systems transformations ( any product implementations, Modernization ) and exposure to COTS platforms in L&A, A&H, Ben Admin etc.

Should have excellent communication skills ( both oral and written), Analytical thinking and Problem solving  abilities

Professional certifications from LOMA, SRI etc.  - Preferable
