 Responsibilities: Sr. CRM Specialist will lead Salesforce.com implementation across the organization with expertise in Email Marketing, Analytics and Data Architecture. Should have excellent ability in managing complex software implementations spanning multiple technologies and business processes, vendors and software platforms.

Specific Job Function:

· Develop Email Marketing Journeys and execute using SF Marketing Cloud.

· Design and develop the technology roadmap for large scale data management.

· Design integration architecture to integrate Salesforce with several data sources for large scale organizations.

· Design metrics and KPI reports for global distributed organizations.

· CRM Project Management, Salesforce architect, data analytics, modeling and visualization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of consulting experience
5+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
