Title: GIS Developer
Location: Tampa/Dallas, TX
Need USC, GC, H4-EAD and L2-EAD Only
Skill Set-
⦁    Strong knowledge of concepts and principles of geospatial data management.
⦁    Identifies GIS issues and strategies and provides recommendations to GIS Manager.
⦁    Creates, implements, and maintains enterprise GIS applications and system tools.
⦁    Diagnoses and troubleshoots GIS application issues on clients systems.
⦁    Possess strong technical background with self-discipline and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
⦁    Thinking out of the box scenarios and provide proactive solutions whenever required. 
⦁    Understanding business requirements and translating them into
Feasible solution. Practical experience design of micro services
⦁    Prior experience in Onsite-Offshore model of working in Telecom domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Technical/Functional Skills     Primary: ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGISDesktop, ArcPy, GP Services, ArcGIS Mobile, Oracle Spatial, ArcSDE
Secondary: Java/.net, Microservices/.net web API, Agile Methodology
