Role: Sharepoint Admin

Location: Wilmington, DE

Must-Have        

•             Good and Strong experience in Service management operations

•             Prior experience in managing the team of Incident Managers, Problem Managers & Knowledge Manager and handling the large IT departments preferably for Manufacturing customers

•             Strong knowledge in managing & implementation of ITIL Processes, mainly incident management, Major incident management (MIM), Change Management, Asset Management, Service Request              Management, Problem Management & Knowledge management processes.

•             Display extensive knowledge on industry wide ITIL best practices. Define and lead the ITSM process development and improvement roadmap for multiple ITIL framed processes to improve alignment and    business outcomes for IT Operations department.

•             Will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for all assigned ITSM tasks and initiatives. This will include the planning, prioritizing, coordinating with process leaders and owners, tracking,              providing status, scheduling, preparing reports, and identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

•             Search, identify, export and analyze data associated with ITSM processes as required for SLA, KPI, CSF and Operational Metrics reporting, and develop, document and present trending information and      reports related to this analysis to all stakeholders as applicable.

•             Should also be able to apply organizational, critical thinking and oral and written communication skills.

•             Be an effective team player and a leader who can work independently when necessary.

•             Prior experience in handling crisis situations and should possess decision making and negotiation skills.

•             Should possess strong presentation & stakeholder management skills.

•             Must be ITIL certified (Foundation and Intermediate – Service Management)

•             Should possess Infrastructure technical knowledge

•             Should have hands-on knowledge in ServiceNow (IM tool)

•             Should have knowledge on Advance excel, Word and PowerPoint

Good-to-Have 

ITIL 4 Foundation and Expert (Required)
