Essential Skills  Conduct development activities for the Remit Funding feature, allowing Non-OCL clients to remit funding for contribution lists via the mobile app.• Develop the IA Transactions features included in Phase Two of Immediate Annuity Transactions.• Conduct development activities for Variable Push Notifications. This allows mobile users to receive push notifications with variable content (new features, system outages, etc.).• Develop Business Edge Interface/Client Switching. This provides Business Edge users a quick view of individual plan KPIs and allow client switching for multi-client users.• Develop Internal Simulation allowing internal associates to download and simulate users on their mobile device when connected to a TIAA-approved network.• Conduct development activities for User Profile Updates. This allows users to make updates to their user or security profiles via the mobile app.• Support deployment activities as needed.• Complete foundational development activities, including maintaining the product with production support and defect resolution.• Execute on development operations and continuous integration.• Minimize and complete activities to resolve technical debt and refactoring.
