Job Title           : Sr. Developer

Location           : WALTHAM, MA

Duration           : Long Term Contract

Required Skills:

1. Experience on IBM MDM platform preferred.

2. 6+ years? experience of Java development.

3. Core Java (1.7+), Spring Framework (batch, integration), Spring Boot Framework a MUST.

4. 2+ years? experience on SQL stored procedures, data mining and analysis (Oracle, Sybase or DB2).

5. 7+ years of experience performing data integration.

6. Financial Industry experience preferred.

7. Reference data background (Client or Security or Pricing).

8. Client facing or consulting experience a MUST.

9. Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.

10. Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth.

11. Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.

12. Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.

13. Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.

14. Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.

15. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
