Title: Oracle Functional (Oracle HCM)
Location: Frisco, TX
Contract: 12+ Months
Exp: Must have 10+ years.
 

Functional Role (Oracle HCM):

Experience: At Least 3 + Years experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Benefits, Payroll etc.). 10+ years experience implementing Oracle EBS HCM Suite.
Hands on experience provisioning and configuring cloud applications, creating adhoc reports in OTBI, Data loads using FBDI and ADFDI tools.

Duties: HCM (Payroll) project items from a functional perspective, with focus on implementing, maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM's Payroll applications; includes solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. 

This resource will have direct interaction with clients, running workshops, providing subject matter guidance and training, and ensuring that the implementation follows established practice configuration principles. 

They will also contribute by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
