Essential Skills 

Job Description:

• Knowledge of CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace)

• Experience in Cisco Licensing

• 2-3 years of Experience in Linux/Unix (Mandatory)

• CCNA in Routing and Switching (Not mandatory, but highly preferable)

• Knowledge about Networking (TCP, IP, UDP, DHCP)

• Network tools (Ping, Traceroute, tcpdump, dns lookup and others)

• Experienced in technical troubleshooting and providing quick STF/LTF to customers.

• Experienced in working in fast paced customer support teams/tools.

• Track/manage/close the support tickets to ensure SLAs are adhered.

• Experienced in making quick decisions during P1,P2 and setting up/working in war-rooms.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skill

• Engage with the Business Unit troubleshoot existing issues and provide guidance to future releases

• Methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall.
