Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading migration strategy and execution of projects for IT and HR UltiPro, People Fluid, and Oracle Cloud Financial & Supply Chain solutions with delivery of business processes, systems and integration improvements to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Lead complex business process and organizational projects to effect transformational change and drive adoption, including advanced technology
- Conduct needs analysis of current state and future state; operationalize business processes and procedures; and develop recommendations
- Lead the development of the customer-focused strategy and offer roadmaps supported by internal and external analysis
- Drive strategic and tactical process improvement initiatives and adoption across the company
- Define and drive the strategic alignment with relevant project owners and business partners to ensure various needs and opportunities are identified, prioritized, validated and communicated
- Drive flawless execution of UltiPro integration and enhanced functionalities by being accountable for delivery metrics including successful analysis and management of project schedule, risk, changes and benefits realization
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Plans and drives execution of the HR and IT projects of the program, working cross-functionally to manage risks, cost, quality, and rollout over the duration, identifying and resolving concerns or blockers as they arise
Minimum Requirements
- UltiPro and People Fluid HR applications with integration experience, working independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder groups in a large, multi-team environment
- Proven experience in successfully deploying Ulti Pro, People Fluid and Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials.
- Preferred experience in HRS Ultimate software with People Fluid integration and functionality enhancements.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
- Good knowledge and experience in standard change management methodologies and change assurance
- Experience in successfully leading HR and IT projects on-time, on-schedule and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from sponsors, business partners, team members, stakeholders and peers
- Experience working both independently and, in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
