Role: DataStage Developer/Admin

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: Long Term

- Hands on experience with IBM DataStage v11.5 in large, global companies

- Take ownership for shaping and enhancing overall ETL DataStage architecture

- Identify, recommend and implement ETL processes and architecture improvements

- Represent ETL team in collaborative meetings across teams and provide ETL inputs

- Experience with Autosys or Job Scheduling technologies

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, schemas and hands-on experience on SQL

- Should have a thorough understanding of each step in the ETL process and be able to write ETL programs with Scripts, packages and mappings

- Design and develop DataStage based on ETL solutions fulfilling stringent performance requirements

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to their requirements

- Strong experience on Unix/Linux commands and concepts
