- Experience testing complex multi-tiered web based systems and complex data-driven applications
- Experience either in Firmware or Appium or JMeter
- Identify, plan and execute testing activities in Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high quality software delivered.
- Experience on testing Web Applications, Mobile applications testing, Mobile devices/handset testing and devices/product testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test summaries.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts. Manage test data and perform data analysis.
- Define, maintain and organize input and output data.
- Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to the Scrum Master, QA lead or Project Manager.
- Review and verify functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria. Provide work estimates for testing activities.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools.
- Collect and report on quality statistics and metrics.
- Record and monitor discovered defects and QA related issues.
- Participate in quality related discussions.
- Onshore /Offshore Coordination
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Improve test cycle during Sprints through the use of testing tools.
- Test Management tool proficiency on ALM, JIRA, Confluence.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Clients; ability to effectively work with any coworker within the team or division;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
