Role: Deployment- Scrum Master

Location: Chicago, IL

Contract: 10 Months +

Job Description:

Must have -

* Minimum of 10+ years of professional work experience as a Scrum Master of an Agile team, prioritizing features and backlog to align to business objectives

* Minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar, grooming tickets, defining acceptance criteria, user stories and test cases.

•Undergraduate degree required

•Second Level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)

•Understands fundamentals of software development lifecycle management processes and procedures

•Understand backlog/release plan tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

•Familiarity with common Agile practices, mobile application development, and engineering practices

•Must be able to effectively communicate effectively, orally and written, with upper management, stakeholders and other external dependencies

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings.

•Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders for a positive outcome.

•Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.

•Knowledgeable of the Agile methodology and successful Agile techniques like User Stories, Servant Leadership, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, Continuous Integration, etc.

•Experience with business support software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, Slack

Nice to have -

*Experience using agile tools like Jira

•Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise wide, resource intensive and highly complex initiatives.

•History of leading project teams, delegating work, holding team members accountable, and proactively overcoming obstacles.
