Contract: 10 Months +

Job Description:

Must Skills: ServiceNow ITSM, Rest APIs

Detailed job responsibilities:

Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM modules.

• Experience in developing Service Catalogs, Workflows, Catalog Scripts, Service Portal, macros etc.

• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.

• Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.

• Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.

• Keen to learn new technology and tool sets

• Comfortable with ServiceNow CMDB.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem solving skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills
