Job Description:
Required Skills
• Expertise in Base SAS(Proc SQL, Macros)
• SAS Studio
• AWS S3, Redshift
• Unix Scripting
• Experience in Functional, Integration & Regression Testing
• Experience in Agile Methodology
Responsibilities
• Create, maintain and optimize SAS programs with deep understanding of Data Warehouses.
• Expert working knowledge of and programming experience with SAS - able to create complex queries. Expertise in base SAS , proc sql and macros.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and assist in the documentation of processes for change control purposes.
• Good knowledge on AWS services such as S3, Redshift and basic Unix / LINUX Scripting
• Must be a self-learner and a Team Player , any Experience on SAS upgrade or code migration on-prem to cloud is a plus
• Document all coding, methodology and assumptions, data issues and report results for each analysis.
• Working with the end users to understand the business requirements & coordinate with the offshore team for completing the tasks as expected.
• Tracking of deliverables, requirements and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Develops test cases/scenarios and QA metric in support of test execution. Performs full functional, integration & regression testing on assigned projects. Experience working with HP ALM test repository toolset for test management (Test Plan/Test Lab), requirements and defect tracking modules. Knowledge on ICEDQ tool is added advantage.
• Agile experience preferred.
