Business Analyst with Utility Domain

Domain Skills: Utility Retail – Customer experience, Market automation, Customer analytics
- 8-12 years of overall experience as business analyst with strong business acumen
- Rich experience in Utility Industry Retail space - Within the retail space special focus on Customer analytics, Customer experience transformation, Marketing automation, Energy efficiency programs
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics O365 (CRM and Marketing Automation) is desired but not mandatory
- Ability to conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Strong experience in elaboration and documentation of use cases with necessary details such as basic flows, alternate flows, exception flows, Business rules, Non-functional requirements
- Exposure to waterfall, iterative / agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to coordinate effectively with client business / IT teams, internal development and testing teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with all parts of a matrixed organization and be able to drive outcomes
- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive conversations forward
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
