Responsibilities:
- Provide Functional, Technical and data consultation as a Subject Matter Expert and domain expert for the Client ERP application & Legacy application.
- Support various analytic initiatives, planning, decision making and solving technical customer issues in Supply chain and manufacture domain for Oracle application.
- Provide end to end support on numerous infrastructure, technological upgrades and performance improvement. Execute and support activities required for this purpose.
- Performing activities like Analysis, Requirement gathering, Design, Technical Implementation, User acceptance testing and working actively to have the technical code implemented to production and support for the business problems.
- Support and development activities including Monitoring of application scheduled production jobs, Online screens and keeping it functional to allow the business to perform their daily business activities and transactions.
- Working with various teams including the legacy system for closing the month end, quarter end, year-end critical activity with related to closing the inventory and financial period closing for repair shops.
- Providing ideas, solution and technical designing solution to resolved recurring issues.
- Weekly status review with Client managers initiates and maintains client relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Oracle Apps Technical with expertise in Manufacture and Procurement Functional (WIP, BOM,INV,PO and GL)
- Oracle Forms and Reports development experience (12C)
- SQL & PLSQL (Strong Experience), Unix
- Experience on RICEW components (Especially Interface Experience)
- Experience in developing, testing, implementing and supporting integrated solutions in various Oracle applications
- Awareness of performance Tuning
- Ability to work independently in complex environments of multi-vendor systems.
