Required DBA Skill Sets, Must have:
Golden Gate Knowledge
Oracle DB Expertise - ODBA,SDBA related functions
RAC Knowledge
Data Guard
Patching , Backup activites
(the following list is just nice to have and not mandatory)
Infra Middleware ,
Connection Pool Management
WebLogic, TomCat, Apache for Webservers
Data Router
Load Balancer - several LB's are used
CDP ( Continuous Development Platform) knowledge
microservice Infrastructure knowledge
For monitoring - BMC Patrol , OTS is on S.C DynaTrace infra
Vertex Application - understand Vertex Architecture
DevSecOps Compliance Work – Password Maintenance
