Role: DevOps Engineer
Location : Austin/Dallas, TX. At present remote

Job Description:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2+ years’ experience of development and maintenance of programs written in C/C++, Python, etc
- 3+ years’ experience with Linux or Unix based OS
- 2+ years’ experience working with cloud deployments and maintenance tools
- Experience working with Automation and Integration processes and tools: Ansible, Icinga, Jenkins
- Github Enterprise and JIRA knowledge
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM-based environment
- Excellent client-facing communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Experience with Cleversafe (ClevOS) and/or other Cloud Object Storage
- Have worked with Softlayer and Security projects
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools like: Kafka, Logstash, ELK stack
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, VMware, Azure, and/or Soft-layer
- Integration experience with enterprise tools and back office systems is a big plus
- Master’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
