Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with implementation partner to develop and deliver solutions on low-code platform.
- Meet with business partners to discuss BPM and AI application needs.
- Design and develop BPM applications to support process efficiency improvements.
- Perform and design solution architecture within a low-code platform.
- Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
- Integrate with external databases, web services and other back end and legacy systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Maintain the security posture of all system applications.
- Collaborate with architects on application design and perform design and code reviews.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related discipline). *Additional experience may be in lieu of education.
- 3+ years of experience of in object-oriented programming (Java, .NET, etc.) within software development
- Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle and MSSQL.
- Experience integrating with a variety of technologies (SOAP/RESTful web services, database, APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
- Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
- Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
- Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a medium-to-large enterprise environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Systems Architect (CSA) and/or Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) a plus
- Experience as a Pega Developer a plus.
- Experience on Pega PRPC version 8.x or later a plus
- Experience with Pega’s Financial Services, Customer Service, Healthcare Platforms, or Marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity or experience with AI/Machine Learning/Analytics a plus
- Experience in other low-code platforms (ex: Salesforce)
- Understanding of methodologies and delivery of business software solutions with experience in the various SDLC methodologies and working with a DevOps mindset
- Basic knowledge of technical infrastructure (servers, database, storage, network)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and related frameworks (Scrum)
- Familiarity with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools such as SSIS
- Familiarity with robotic automation tools (PEGA, K2)
- Knowledge of IT-related security and compliance regulations (PCI, FISMA, FedRAMP, Pub 1075)
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Strong organizational skills, planning skills and communication (written and oral) skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex system within a minimum timeframe
- Ability to mitigate complex issues in a professional and timely manner
