UI/UX Design System Product Designer

Experience & Requirements
- A portfolio site is required, focusing on brand, Design System, and UX experience.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated visual design and visual brand experience, producing crafted, innovative design solutions.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in component and style guide design, and familiarity with web applications (software) flows, and complex end-to-end experiences.
- 1-2 years of design lead and art direction experience
- skills in storytelling, and holistic thinking with a knack for distilling the complex.
- A mindset grounded in business and creativity, and articulation of your design solutions.
- Passion for all aspects of visual and brand identity, including typography, iconography, color, illustration, visual language and messaging.
- organizational skills, such as Confluence project documentation, weekly status updates, leading remote working sessions, sprint planning, and prepping and leading formal design reviews (mood boards, style tiles, presentation decks, etc.)
- Expert fluency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS, and Confluence and Jira.
- fluency in HTML and CSS

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor of Arts or college-degree equivalent
