Roles/Responsibilities

Teradata Data modeler with healthcare experience

•        Analyzing the source data model of source systems

•        Identify redundancies and inconsistencies in data

•        Define future state data model (logical, physical, domain data model) keeping performance and Business requirements inconsideration

•        Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.

•        Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models.

•        Experience with ER Studio.

•        Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments.

•        Optimize and update logical and physical data models tosupport new and existing projects.

•        Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies.

•        Validate business data objects for accuracy andcompleteness.

•        Analyze data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

•        It is nice to have experience in Talend or any other ETLTools

Required Qualifications

Data modeler with Teradata and healthcare experience

•      10+ years of data modeling experience in healthcare domain

•        8+years of experience in Teradata  and Healthcaredomain

•        Good experience in Teradata DataModeling

•        Experience in Healthcare domain

•       It is nice to have experience in Talend or any other ETLTools

• Strong data analysis skills and Data architect skills

• Able to define data load pipeline and data standardization / cleansing rules

Able to define end to end data flow
