JOB DETAIL

Role: SAP Business Analyst.

Location: Ewing, NJ.

Duration: 06+ Months.

JD:

Senior Business analyst with more than 12 years hands on exp in Plant/Shop floor/End user processes (Corp & Plant - Operations) and familiar with investigating and troubleshooting the issues quickly.  The person will help support the ERP systems by working directly with plant users in the following SAP functional areas:

  • STOs
  • Inventory Management
  • Customer logistics / Shipping
  • Sales & Distribution
  • Production Execution
  • Idoc management
  • Building, “enforcing” and maintaining business processes

Detailed skill sets required:

  • Must have experience in a BA role and knows the “tricks of the trade”
  • Functional Liaison between Business partners and Solution Architects
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems processes to parallel overall business strategies
  • Understand system capabilities
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing enhancements based on business needs
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
  • Clarify, update, and improve the business processes impacted by the technology changes that are part of your projects
  • Participate in testing activities to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and that new functionality and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality
  • Monitor training needs, develops/updates content, delivers training as appropriate and assesses end user capabilities
  • Understand and communicate the impact of any changes
  • Identify the current- and future-state business processes.
  • Provide input to aid in the design of business processes and preparation of functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms
  • Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.

  • DC & 3PL Processes
  • Interfaces from WMS
  • Billing
  • Pricing
  • Experienced in providing user Training.
