Location options : AZ - Phoenix, CO -Lonetree, TX - Need developer who understands Drupal 8 – they will be moving onto 9 soon. Drupal 7 exp is completely different. Need to know the intricacies in the Acqui platform – have been in this space. Do not need to be focused on learning and content. Can architect it out when it comes to workflow – has worked in multi-site mobile responsive web interfaces. Don’t need a full stack developer but a Drupal SDK. The Drupal stack consists of PHP, HTML, js, CSS, Python, Java, jnode. Do not need iOS or Android – not this type of mobile just Drupal stack. CMS is being utilized in a different way than ever before – disrupter in the learning field. Exciting projects. Potential to convert. ________________ Prepares specifications, designs, develops and supports native mobile app development and mobile web development following Schwab’s best practices. Assess and optimize designs through review, evaluation tools and analysis to ensure mobile friendly versions for smartphones and tablets. Perform unit testing for a variety of mobile devices including smart phones and tablets. Implement mobile applications, maintain operational status of apps and websites and resolve and troubleshoot technical problems. Will prepare documentation for new subsystems and maintain standards and metadata. Knowledge of multiple mobile languages and ability to ramp up on new languages quickly is a strong plus. Experience and proficiency with JavaScript and recent HTML5 development experience is preferred too. Experience with multiple mobile SDK's and comfortable working across platforms. Ability to develop compelling user experiences in a mobile environment is key. • Partner with designers to evolve the content management system to deliver learning to our business partner and audiences • This individual will serve as a technical lead for our internal Drupal platform and will guide/mentor, perform requirements analysis, implement taxonomy and API configuration, and develop the Drupal 8 platform using multiple languages. • Design and develop – participant materials, assessments, custom modules within a learning content management system. • Develop course analytics that brings accuracy, efficiency, and quality. • Manage multiple projects concurrently. Basic Qualifications • Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps for Schwab’s Learning Drupal 8 CMS. • Extensive experience building in Acquia Site Factory and using Acquia products • Collaborate on identifying user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods. • Develop architectural solutions/designs and communicates to stakeholders for approval, then engineers for development and implementation. • Works with clients on defining user experience goals, and designs Drupal component architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture and advising on its efficient use. • A deep understanding of various development languages (full stack) • Hands-on experience in application deployment automation and pipelines • Working experience of Drupal integration with external systems, such as SSO or CAM.
