Role Business Analyst with Purchase History / Install Base Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements & demonstrate ability to develop and prepare business analysis, plans & business requirement definitions
- Support the functional design and implementation of projects and create solutions to meet business objectives and resolve system / process issues
- Responsible for business process understanding of data consumption.
- Extensive validation skills of the gathered data for veracity, consistency, and completeness
- Develop a strategic vision and roadmap that is forward looking and serves as interface to the overall business strategy
- Identify smarter ways to identify anomaly within the customer master
- Design and implement AI-ML for automated pattern identification and data remediation
- Analyse data and work directly with Business data owners to define and draft business rules
- Troubleshoot data problems and drive closed-loop corrective action process
- Track metrics to communicate data related effort connecting to business value/outcomes KPIs (compliance, risk, efficiency, cost, revenue)
Requirements
- 9 + years of Experience in Enterprise Data Management Practices and methodologies
- Experience in Entitlement Systems including Install Base, Service Contracts, and Subscriptions.
- Knowledge in Contract Renewals, Order Management, Inventory/Material, Purchase History processes is desired
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS or subscription software business models is desired
- Knowledge in Product Master, Customer Master domains is a plus
- Ability to analyse data and work directly with business data owners to define and draft business rules and data quality control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau, BOBJ is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
