EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 

 At least five (5) years of project management experience, PMP certification strongly preferred. Experience leading complex software development projects spanning multiple technology and functional disciplines with Health or Human Services experience a plus. Medicaid Provider experience is preferred..  Strong computer skills, including intermediate to expert Excel skills to expert Excel skills level of MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Required technical skills include:

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Provider Management Systems. This position requires skills and experience obtained through previous successful implementations of large-scale government software projects.
  Expertise in full-stack development: competent in front-end, middle-tier, and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in multiple development languages and technologies:
  • Programming languages (C#, JAVA)
  • Web Development Frameworks (ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core)
  • Front End Technologies (JQuery, JavaScript, React JS and common JavaScript Patterns)
  • Micro services using container technologies including REST
  • Database technologies (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc)
• Use of deployment technologies including Docker / Containers / Kubernetes
  Experience implementing Private and Public cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud
• Medicaid Provider Management business processes, policies, and the systems that support them.
