Job Description:

Required Skills (and years of experience):  4/5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE

•            Highly qualified excel user

•            VBA

•            Statistical software: Python, R

•            Successfully plan and execute the project

•            Able to communicate progress and barriers, potential opportunities

•            Receptive to feedback

•            Set up a series of replicated dynamic reports based in excel, consolidating data from up to 3 sources

•            Ensure user friendly and aesthetically pleasing

•            Enable regular self updating of all report components

What does a typical work day look like? (How much time will be spent in meetings? Etc.)

•            Post introduction and onboarding, expect 80% of time allocated to report generation and 20% of time allocated to reviewing and aligning on output, as well as removing any barriers preventing optimal output.

Project Description:

•            Create package/customer mini-models outlining KPI business measures to aid with future commercial planning, clear vision of output exists but open to improvement

•            Consolidating data from internal PepsiCo systems, IRI database and potentially Feature Vision

•            Separate reporting for key customers, packages and pricing zones

•            Multiple output summaries – customer, channel, division, category, package

•            Enable data auto-refresh based on weekly changing inputs

•            Build econometric models and perform regression analysis on sales data to enhance future planning efforts

•            Used to understand the effectiveness of PBNA’s trade spend and define optimal state

•            Support future year scenario planning

•            15 people, covering many levels of the organization from Vice President to Campus Recruit

•            All team members are currently working remotely

•            This resource will interact with 2-3 members of the team, who are involved in steering the project output.  2 Senior Directors and 1 Director (who will be positioned as manager)
