Position: Pega PRPC Architect ( Certified candidate ) Financial domain experience .

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota.

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate : $75/hr

Pega Lead Business Analyst JD

  • Overall 14+ years of experience and 7 to 8 years of experience in Pega (PRPC)
  • Good understanding of Business Domain, Processes, Process Improvement Lifecycle, Process digitization , Process Optimization with Lean application
  • Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews with business counterparts aligned to Pega methodology using DCO, Show and Tell.
  • Ability to showcase and coach business on exploiting Pega platform features for definition, realization and monitoring of Business KPIs.
  • Working experience with Agile, Safe Agile methodologies to create Epic, Features, User Stories and backlog and manage them in the system effectively with the implementation team.
  • Ability to review and guide Quality Assurance of the implementation from the domain and business perspective as well as ability to create / review business test data compatible to the To-be system.
  • Ability to understand , configure business rules, calculations and create complex test-cases to ensure their accurate implementation.
  • Ability to create quick Pega workflow implementation in order to articulate the To-be process to complete team.
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with Pega latest version, features, themes and philosophy and use it effectively on the business-floor.
  • Effective business and team communication and ability to translate business requirements to technology requirements or vise-versa effectively without compromising business objectives.
  • Ability to measure Business KPIs like productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, intuitiveness with innovative approach and experimenting spirit.

Pega Customer Service Representative Framework experience with a thorough understanding of

  • Interactive dialogs with customer
  • Pega CALL for voice channel and call transfer, escalation and automations

  • Pega Marketing / Sales / CDH framework with ability to understand and define strategy for Cross-Sell, Upsell , Next Best Action, Retention etc.
