o Good SQL Skills
o Should be able to query data and interpret it (both RDBMS and Hadoop)
o Very good data analysis and profiling skills
o Able to understand and interpret data
o Understanding of Data Models
o Understanding of Data Warehouse
o Experience in Healthcare projects
