Job Description:

• Must have hands on experience in SAP EWM
• Must have worked in atleast 1-2 implementation projects along with minimum 3-4 Support projects
• Good knowledge in Ticketing tool ( e.g. ServiceNow) for SAP support project
• Experience to work with Client IT and business users
• Worked in SLA driven support project
• Working experience in onsite offshore model
• Good communication skills
