Job Description:

**Must have hands on experience in SAP EWM
**Must have worked in atleast 1-2 implementation projects along with minimum 3-4 Support projects
**Good knowledge in Ticketing tool ( e.g. ServiceNow) for SAP support project
**Experience to work with Client IT and business users
**Worked in SLA driven support project
**Working experience in onsite offshore model
**Good communication skills
