Job Description:

NOTE : LOCALS ONLY

MUST HAVE : SAFE, AGILE, CSM,SCRUM

·         Practicing Scrum Master in Agile with 5+ years of relevant SM experience

·         Has handled multiple teams as an SM – will be expected to handle 2 teams here – each team will be 7-8 people

·         Experience with SAFe Agile will be great

·         CSM certification

·         SAFe Agilist/SAFe SM certifications would be great

·         Experience dealing directly with client stakeholders

·         Excellent communication and process skills

·         Banking product/project experience will be good

·         Good knowledge of agile ceremonies, processes and metrics

·         Good experience with JIRA

·         Experience working with folks from other shores (such as Mexico)
