1. Excellent communication skills to handle user queries2.
2.  L3 Support engineer experience and having a technology background in database, Java etc
3. 3. Proven aptitude to learn new tools as part of the past experience (and would then expect them to quickly learn Jira and Confluence)
4. 4. Minimum Industry experience of 4+ yrs
5. 5. Associate should have the commitment, ability and passion to take the issue to closure with minimum handholding.
