Title: .Net Developer

Essential Skills
- 7+ years of prod support experience for .Net applications.
- Knowledge of production support and being able to dig into applications or work with other teams to provide resolution
- Monitor the incidents assigned to support team and resolve within SLA
- Resolve P1/P2 incidents by engaging other support teams
- Perform tasks on regular basis to support applications such as restarts
- On-call rotation
- Take part in weekend validation of infrastructure changes
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as DynaTrace and Splunk
- Basic Salesforce knowledge is preferred
