Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to build DevSecOps platforms that align with global specialty’s technology roadmap and enable business objectives.
- Craft a long-term vision Global Specialties’ DevSecOps capabilities and development standards leveraging industry best-practices
- Assist in the design and scoping of upcoming initiatives, including participation in architecture forums/Scrums.
- Develop strong frameworks for managing non-functional requirements, including availability, resiliency, security etc.
- Lead DevSecOps Engineering teams for shared platforms and development tools that support business critical applications.
- Measure and track KPIs, focusing on adoption of DevSecOps tools and development practices, and operational performance metrics.
- Manage and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
- Evangelizing, Coaching and driving adoption of DevOps practices across a diverse team
