Role:                     SAP HCM Success factors Consultant

Location:             Erlanger, KY

Duration:             Long term

• 8-10 Years of experience in SuccessFactors/ SAP HCM/HR applications.
• Experience with at least one SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Excellent understanding of SuccessFactor application.
• Strong communication, problem solving and follow up skills.
• Good experience as Test lead including test planning, test estimation, test status reporting including planned Vs actual progress.
• Good understanding of test case design, test execution, test data coordination & defect management.
• Experience with Test management tools (Azure DevOps or HP ALM).
