  Role Description              

"• Strong Knowledge and expertise in Supply chain Processes and Product Life cycle Management

• Clear Understanding of Process defining, baselining and activity mapping at every level

• Excellent business accumen, strong written, verbal and presentation skills

• Past exposure to Cisco PLPM and NPPM role is a plus

• Sustaining and EOL product management with clear understanding of functional activities in the domain

• Clear Understanding of defining Process, activity, metrics and measurement techniques

• Excellent working experience with global cross fuctional teams on Process definition, mapping and management

• Global Project/Progam Management experience (5-7 yrs) is a must

• End-Customer Escalation Management "
