Contract position

Skills:
· Maintain Configuration management process operational conformance to established quality standards, regulatory & contractual requirements.
· 6 - 8 Years of overall experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles.
· 3 - 4 Year of Experience in ITSM practice in managing ITIL processes like Governance, IM, CM, PM Etc and working
· Excellent process understanding. Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 ITSM Engagements.
· Very good knowledge, understanding, and work experience in IT4IT
· ITIL V3 Expert/ ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified.
· IT4IT Foundation Certified
· ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
· Project Management methodologies like PMP or Agile
· Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, strong business acumen, and the proven ability to effectively articulate the business objective

Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and monitor Configuration Management process pre-implementation deliverables and process improvement initiatives identified.
· Work with other teams to manage alignment between Boeing processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance.
· Coordinate with Boeing process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support Boeing process strategy and deployment.
· Communicate with client to assist in developing effective Configuration management process vision, process strategy, and process maturation.
· Develop and maintain Configuration management process development and optimization programs.
· Maintain and update documentation of Configuration management process overviews, details, and process flows.
· Make Configuration management process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.
· Research and resolve issues identified in the Configuration management process
· Design and implement Configuration management process in order to improve service delivery and client relationship and to ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Contribute to preparing client deliverables (e.g. business documents and presentations) and supporting business management activities (e.g. budget management, invoicing).
· Act as the main point-of-contact for Boeing and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.
