· Strong Business Systems Analyst/ Functional Analyst who should be able to gather requirements, create user stories, process mapping

· Excellent experience with SFDC is important

· Able to adapt and learn new things quickly

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven track record building partnerships with the users and Business owners
