Job Duties/Requrired Skills:

This fast growing mortgage industry leader has an immediate 5-6+ month contract opportunity (with strong chance for extension or conversion) for a Business Systems Analyst with strong Mortgage origination experience.  Will be working 100% remotely.  This Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the VP, Project Management Office in multiple projects that support the priority and strategy of the company. This position will be highly visible across the organization and will require frequent interaction with employees at all levels including Executive Management.  Immediate focus will be related to Ellie Mae Encompass and AIQ Document Management System rollout projects.

 

This position requires:

Bachelor’s Degree.

3-5+ years BSA experience

3+ years Consumer Mortgage origination experience (wholesale, retail, or correspondent)

Encompass experience is strongly preferred.

Business Process Mapping experience.

Agile/Scrum experience.

Data Mapping experience is a plus - System to System

User Stories

Ability to work independently

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.  

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, communication and negotiating skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.

Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate with professionals and managers internally and externally to meet timelines and requirements.

Solid research, analysis and problem solving skills.

AIQ Document Management system experience is a plus.
