• CI/CD experience helpful, opportunity for someone to create from scratch.
• Strong problem solving skills. Strong Salesforce developer, Java or .net development background a plus – morphed into Salesforce.
• Engineering mindset – Salesforce for the last 5+ years and write algorithm.
• Wanting 10 years experience.
• Not needing Tech Lead – helpful if so.
• Team partners really well –everyone is a leader.
• Hands on a lot – practicing your leadership.
