Job Description :

A global industry leading Minneapolis area company is looking for SAP Security/GRC Analyst. The Analyst will be a key member of the SAP Security team supporting the technical build of the S/4 implementation.  In this role you will employ SAP Security best practice methodologies to ensure systems within the enterprise are adequately protected.  You will be required to effectively interact with Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and business users to define and implement appropriate roles, and monitor for segregation of duties violations. 

What Else Will You Do?

• Create and maintain user roles and authorizations based on business requirements within defined guidelines
• Supporting set up and administration of GRC modules to ensure compliant results
• Interface with Security, Compliance, Risk and Audit teams to ensure a compliant solution is maintained
• Analyze and implements SAP security requirements; work with process teams to ensure proper authorizations are built into roles
• Support proper testing procedures for new objects
• Follow established procedures for implementing security changes across the SAP landscape
• Provide troubleshooting and operational support for all SAP Security roles/processes
• Participate in audit activities including providing explanations of operational processes, audit evidence, and responses to any questions related to audits
• Ensure that the SAP systems follow documented corporate security policies
• Monitor all aspects of SAP for security violations/ risks and act as necessary
• Research and recommend cost effective solutions for system monitoring
• Support on-call operations

What Experience and Skills Should You Have?

·       Understanding of SAP Security authorization concepts supporting compliant solutions

·       Experience with S/4 Hana and Fiori UI building authorization roles

·       Experience with SAP GRC product suite specifically Access Controls (v12 preferred), Process Controls a plus

·       Proven success supporting or implementing enterprise-scale SAP projects or services preferable

·       Advanced information security troubleshooting skills, SAP ABAP and Java preferred

·       Strong written and verbal communications

·       Advanced execution - the ability to deliver consistently and accurately, time and again

·       Experience with Identity Management Solutions and interfacing with Access Controls preferable
