JOB DETAIL

Role: LabVantage LIMS Support

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Mode of Interview: Telephonic/Skype

 

Must Have:

•             Have customer first mindset and be accountable for application support of public facing customer portals and internal LIMS applications

•             Liaise between external vendors, internal sales, business analysts, IT and lab operations teams to support the customized COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) applications

•             Issue response and management through ticketing systems, adhering to the established processes

•             Administer application user creation, user training, compendium building, SOPs and training documentations, production support, troubleshooting and monitoring

•             For the ongoing deployments and developments, collaborate with business/end users to elicit, author, review, and improve user stories

•             Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner on any issues that might affect the overall project quality

•             Build relationships with customers, patients and end users by answering service (non-clinical) questions

•             Available for on-call support on rotation basis

•             Should have 4-6 years of hands on experience of IT LIMS support

•             Should possess good communication and analytical skills
