Position: Data Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH - Must be in Ohio or Indiana

Duration:6+ months

Interview: Phone and Skype

Job Description:

Integration developers and engineers, primarily developing in the modern AWS data stack.  

  • Experience performing data engineering functions on AWS data platforms: glue, Athena, python, S3/data lake
  • Prior history doing ETL using traditional tools: Informatica, SSIS
  • Working experience with Snaplogic
  • Solid analysis and query development knowledge against legacy databases, specifically SQL Server 2012-2016
  • Experience with AWS database technologies:  Redshift, DynamoDB, AuroraDB
  • Experience with continuous integration/DevOps could be helpful in this environment
  • Background with Hadoop technologies helpful
