10 years in embedded systems in automotive domain and now a Project Manager

Job Description:

•Strong technical project management for automotive platform development projects (preferably in microcontroller OR AUTOSAR)

Manage platform development scope (BSW, MCAL, OS) : plan, monitor, control

For multiple OEM programs running in parallel to balance the priorities and schedule

With a small development team shared across programs

Must understand embedded development work including microcontrollers, AUTOSAR to complement and challenge the teams to ensure delivery completeness

Must accurately know the status and details of issues

To report to senior management

To drive the team for resolution

•Soft skills

High speed, correctness and completeness in execution

ready to perform any task to ensure team is moving fast paced

Keep the team motivated in spite of constant pressure

Collaborate, cooperate, negotiate, push back non platform teams

•Experience: 10-15 years
