Job Title: Power BI Technical Lead

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duration: 6+ Months
Need 10+ Years of EXP Candidates

Job Description & Required Skills :

             ·         Microsoft Power BI

·         SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services(SSRS)

·         SQL Server 2012 Integration Services (SSIS)

Technical/Functional Skills:

·         Mandatory skills – Power BI Report Builder , Power BI Desktop

·         Secondary Skills – SSIS and SSRS, DevOps Process

Experience Required:

·         8+ years of overall Business Intelligence and Reporting Experience

·         4+ years of hands on working experience in Power BI stack.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Work with business stakeholders to understand BI visualization needs

·         Design and architect solutions using the Power BI stack, proposing the right fit of features to meet the customer needs

·         Create solution options and suggest the best fit for the stated requirements

·         Able to negotiate requirements and suggest alternative solutions based on constrains presented

·         Identify improvement points in the project process and in the development tools/environment

·         Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases through Sprints

·         Lead a distributed agile team to develop the components required for the solution and ensure quality deliverable

·         Coordinate with cross functional teams and manage dependencies and deliverables for the project

Generic Managerial Skills:

·         Need good communication and analytic skills .should be able to work/lead a small size team.

·         Ability to partner and interact with senior-level management/executives and senior technical teams

·         Strong understanding of the agile software development process
