Position: VMware Admin with strong ESX
Location: Dallas, TX (Prefer Locals)
- Strong Troubleshooting skill in VMware ESX/ESXi
- Experience in VMWare Update Manager, DRS, SDRS, Host profiles, vDS, HA, PowerCLI
- Cloud Infrastructure, AWS
- Cisco UCS C-Series rack servers and B-Series Blades, including blades chassis/Fabric interconnects
- Experience in PowerSHELL, Python, Ruby or bash scripting
- Experience in Puppet tool
- Knowledge in monitoring tools
- Should have experience in migrations
Additional Skills required :
- Knowledge in RightScale
- AWS and VMware self-service, cloud cost management
- Storage and Backup administration
- Expected to support operations, daily health checks and standard functions of the environment.
- Incident, Problem, Change, Discovery, Availability, Capacity Management
