A BI developer will play key role in delivering business intelligence solutions focused on Microsoft stack in an agile environment. This position involves identifying business requirements, performing data analysis and develop solutions using Microsoft stack.
Position Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or related field experience
- Ability to drive collaboration & resolve the conflict between diverse stakeholder groups.
- Create data strategies and programs for the long-term success of business teams and ensure engineering teams are positioned to deliver results.
- 6+ years’ active experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- 3+ years’ experience of SSRS
- 3+ years’ experience of SSIS, SSAS
- 2+ years’ experience with .NET (C# preferred)
- Experience with relational database design and SQL server architecture
- Healthcare (HMO) industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Delivery systems experience supporting managed care service.
- Good knowledge of the following Middleware Technologies: SQL Server, Oracle, ETL, ERP, BI, Datawarehouse. * Windows/SQL Cluster. * SQL AlwaysOn.
- Intermediate knowledge of current IT and computer science concepts and methodologies relevant to database design and administration.
- Experience and knowledge of database programming concepts including Structured Query Language, stored procedures, and triggers
- Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting the interaction between databases, operating systems, and applications particularly in the areas of performance and resource usage.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
