·         Analyze debug and provide solution to resolve critical incidents in the corresponding projects

·         Review the setup of monitors and alerts defined for the systems to ensure the corresponding project teams are alerted and notified of any critical incident

·         Maintenance and Support of the existing interfaces that are developed for Client and resolve technical issues in production and non-production.
