Job Title : LInux Engineer
Location : Remote

Responsibilities:

?        Solveend-user backend issues (VDI, connections, Linux, Workspace)

?        Providecustomer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach

?        Immediatelyrespond to critical company infrastructure issues including desktop, software,hardware, application support.

?        Installand configure services, troubleshoot connectivity issues, andconduct/troubleshoot system diagnostics.

?        Install,test and debug new technologies

?        Identifyand assess IT problems, evaluate and implement appropriate solutions.

Skills needed:

?        Expertknowledge Linux Administration

?        GITRepositories

?        EnterpriseLogging Software (e.g. splunk)

?        Automationand scripting

?        Workingknowledge of VMWare

?        Workingknowledge of Citrix and VDI technologies

?        Workingknowledge of load balancing technologies

Experience:

?        Extensivehardware knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting for PCs,laptops, and mobile devices.

?        Experiencewith centralized storage technologies and their associated protocols such asFCP and iSCSI.

?        Experiencewith project management methodologies.

?        Healthcareindustry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus.
