Description:

• 3-5 years of supply chain experience

• Receive, enter and validate customer orders, reserveinventory and determine delivery dates

• Generate, analyze and monitor open order reports tovalidate system integrity, SLA, EDI and IDOCs

• Establishes and maintains business relationships withChannel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning to assure on-time delivery,communication on backorder and resolution of picking, shipping and capacityissues

• Aggregate, review and collaborate with allocation Planningto clear backorders, execute planning cycle to build loads, release orders toDC and drive the daily open order review process with key channel managers

• Resolve return exception, coordinate adjustment todeductions with Finance, Channel Manager and Customer and authorize replacementor credit

• Enhance planner experience with modernization of reporting

• Able to lead and represent business in regard toenhancements

• Optimize customer experience, responsible for timelyresolution/proactive results for Metro by T-Mobile dealer Channel. Review andauthorize applicable credits.

• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned bybusiness management as needed.
